What We Do
FlashNews is a media product of Wireless Flash News Incorporated, an independent news agency that provides exclusive feature and entertainment news to radio and TV stations, newspapers, and magazines across the United States and around the world.
Company History
Wireless Flash News Incorporated was founded in 1980 in San Diego, California, to meet the radio industry's growing demand for original pop culture material and exclusive entertainment news. From 1980-1993, it operated as a division of Copley News Service, under its parent company, Copley Press Inc.
In 1993, FlashNews separated from its Copley roots and became an independent news agency expanding its client base into television, print and internet media. In 2000, the company incorporated and began operating as Wireless Flash News, Inc.
