Internet star Christian Lander – who brought the website StuffWhitePeopleLike.com to the online masses – is now hosting the late night Internet talk show PC Hook-Up with Christian Lander, which streams on Justin.tv/pchookupshow starting today (Jul. 15).
The show will be a lot like other late night talk shows, complete with “cheesy jokes” and guest interviews on a couch, only Lander’s interviewees will be Internet celebrities known in the online community.
In order to get used to his new gig, Landers looked to late night hosts he admires, specifically Tonight Show funnyman Conan O’Brien, but knows he’s no match.
He says, “If I had more talent, I’d model myself after Conan.”
Landers was once a guest on O’Brien’s show so he assures, “I saw hosting up close. I know I’m definitely not Conan.”
All the newbie hopes for is that he doesn’t “screw up” at his gig.
