TV personality and radio host Chris Markowski, known as the “Watchdog on Wall Street,” says the government’s recent bailout of car companies like General Motors and Chrysler coupled with the bankrupcy of other manufacturers is steering America in the wrong direction.
He says, “There’s gonna be cars in our future, but they’re gonna be called The Pelosi or The Obama. It’s not gonna be General Motors anymore. It’s gonna be Government Motors. The government has no business running car companies. This is not a good thing.”
Now that the government is set to own 50-percent of GM and 35- percent of Chrysler, it means the auto industry will be inefficient, cars will be designed by politicians, and America’s money will be going into funding the industry without anyone getting a say in any decisions.
