According to Fandango.com the nations leading movie-ticketing destination 25 percent of Twilight moviegoers plan to catch the buzzworthy flick with their mothers or daughters.
Fandango spokesman Harry Medved explains, Twilight has wide-ranging appeal. Its hard to think of other movies where moms are looking forward to the film as much as their daughters and where the guys tag along for the action.
Dedicated mothers and daughters may be catching Twilight late-night, since more than 500 of Thursdays (Nov. 20) midnight showings are already sold-out on Fandango.
And dreamy leading vampire Robert Pattinson may have something to do with the craze.
About 67 percent of moviegoers say Twilights most appealing element is the love story, while 18 percent are in it for the vampire lore, and 8 percent want to check out the thriller elements.
