Beauty: It’s Not The Inside That Counts, It’s The Outside

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – They say beauty is only skin deep, but that doesn’t stop women from spending lots of time on their appearance.

According to a survey by the luxury skin care line Beauty By Clinica Ivo Pitanguy, 71 percent of women spend more time and money developing their outer beauty than their inner beauty.

But sorry guys, ladies aren’t getting lovely just for you.

Turns out, 53 percent of women say they preserve their physical appearance for themselves or their jobs rather than for the opposite sex.

Still, the fairer sex aren’t necessarily the superficial sex.

Although women care deeply about their physical beauty, 69 percent agree that inner beauty is as important as outer beauty, with 68 percent believing that there’s a strong “connection” between their appearance and their innermost selves.
