Luckiest Town In America Hopes To Get Lucky A Third Time

RICHMOND, Ind. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The small town of Richmond, Indiana, is a powerhouse with the Powerball.

That’s because the town has hit the jackpot for a second time in less than 10 years with this past Saturday’s (Aug. 25) Powerball lottery drawing.

The ticket holder, who has yet to be identified, won a whopping $314 million, only nine years after 13 factory workers won $295 million, leading many to believe Richmond has got the Midas Touch.

One believer in particular is Nancy Sartain, Richmond’s marketing manager, who is sure lightning will strike again.

She says, “Why not? The third time can be a charm, too.”

And she has just the ticket on where to buy a winning ticket.

She says, “There’s only three Speedway gas stations in town, and two have sold a winning ticket. That third Speedway is definitely gonna win another jackpot for Richmond.”

For those hoping to become an instant millionaire, Sartain invites money-hungry lotto hopefuls to visit Richmond.

Sartain says, “Come buy you’re tickets here – we’re the luckiest town in America!”
