Can You Keep A Secret Service?

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Most paranoid people think the government is keeping secrets, but one author claims everybody is in on it.

Ted Gup, author of Nation of Secrets (Double Day), believes most American institutions are keeping their deadly facts hush hush from the public.

Gup says, “People think what you don’t know can’t hurt you, but they’re wrong. It can kill you.”

For example, Gup claims corporations with something to hide make information hard to find by burying the right telephone numbers and using automated systems.

He says, “It becomes a matter of, ‘For response A press one, for response B press two.’ Getting to human beings is difficult through these numbers. It’s a technology of obstruction.”

But here’s the real secret – you can’t handle the truth!

As Gup puts it, “When people are denied information routinely and turned away, they start to expect less or give up all together.”
