New DVD Teaches Couch Potatoes To Turn Off The Telly And Tune Into Yoga

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – You definitely won't find inner peace watching Oprah says one Los Angeles-based yoga instructor.

Yogi Marlon Braccia says her new DVD might be called Yoga for Couch Potatoes but that doesn’t mean you are supposed to actually watch TV while doing her special exercises.

Instead, it’s geared towards overweight people who are looking to change their bad habits and lead healthier lives.

Says Braccia: “I had one lady who assumed we were going to do the exercises while watching Oprah but TV pulls your focus outward.”

Braccia says it’s important to close your eyes and focus on the inner self – away from boob tube distractions.

She says she hopes to turn more overweight people to yoga because she believes it will help them get a head start on their lives and give them the self-confidence they need in order to succeed.
