Men Web Surf At Work More Than Women – Especially Porn

SAN DIEGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Oh, what a tangled web we surf – especially during the work hours.

According to a new cyber survey by Websense software, 65 percent of American men look at non work-related websites when they’re on the clock – about 2.3 hours per week.

By comparison, 58 percent of working women fritter away 1.5 hours per week of office time by browsing the web.

  • 81 percent of men surf weather websites compared to 70 percent of women.

  • 42 percent of men sneak a peek at sports scores but only 18 percent of women do that.

Finally, 16 percent of men and 8 percent of women have viewed online pornography while at work.

Amazingly, 6 percent of those who admitted leering at online porn while on the clock also admit they did it intentionally.
