Thats the advice of natural beauty expert Noreen Finneran, who says Mother Nature has lots of foods that are just as good for facials as for feasting.
For instance, cooked potatoes can help blemished or itchy skin, while carrots help the aging epidermis and fresh spring strawberries are also soothing to oily skin.
Meanwhile, Finneran figures mashed-up jelly beans make a sweet sugar scrub but warns against them because of the dyes in the candies.
She also thinks asparagus facials are probably healthy but has never tried them personally because she doesnt like the smell.
Some Easter treats dont make good facials at all. Finneran doesnt recommend rubbing ham on your mug and says eggs are only good if theyre raw.
