Its a book called Energize Your Life: A Three-Week Plan to Change the Way You Look, Feel and Live (Bindu Publishing), and Dr. Peter Bennett a naturopathic physician who co-authored the book with Dr. Stephen Barrie says its perfect for people who are overworked and have too many responsibilities.
He insists the book does not have to be read cover to cover and that instead, readers can focus on two-page spreads on topics like getting more sleep and drinking more wine.
But not all the recommendations are as sweet. The docs think people should try to eliminate sugar because our bodies werent made for it, and Bennett goes so far as to say, Most of our culture is stoned on sugar...the baby boomers are going to go down hard.
On the positive side, Bennett insists the program is simple and easy, and for those afraid of failure, theres always the one in ten rule.
