84 Percent Of Women Are Stressed Out

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Next Monday (Nov. 7) marks the beginning of the first ever National Stress Out Week and it’s not a moment too soon for American women.

According to a stress survey by Self magazine, 84 percent of women are stressed on a daily basis and 68 percent of those suffer regular stress headaches.

Sixty percent of the wigged-out women blame their family for their stress and 35 percent say stress causes them to withdraw from loved ones.

Stress can be a pain in other ways: 68 percent get a headache when they’re stressed; 53 percent experience nausea; 32 percent get diarrhea and 21 percent sweat profusely.

Finally, many women admit they don’t handle their stress in a healthy way: 41 percent soothe their tension with food while 15 percent turn to alcohol.
