More than 700 taxidermy mounts will be auctioned off during the Big Game Trophy and Wester Auction at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.
The carcasses range from grizzly bears and polar bears to black rhinos and lions, which have come from estates and private collections.
Auction organizer John Brommel calls it one of the biggest trophy auctions hes ever seen and figures the dead carcasses will make a killing, fetching between $10 to $25,000 each.
While most folks will stuff the taxidermy mounts in their den or an entry way, Brommel figures theres a chance some will use them to scare trick or treaters during Halloween.
In his words, If they buy it, they can do whatever they want with it.
