Thorogood says he takes his live performances so seriously that he makes notes after every show on why it went well or why it didnt.
He says thats the only way to ensure quality control and figures what he does isnt any different than any other businessman who wants to keep raking in the dough.
Expect Thorogood to take lots of notes in the coming months. He starts a big North American tour on May 12 to honor his 30th year in the business.
But when he isnt making notes on paper or guitar, dont expect to see him out and about in each city. In his words, I need my rest. I cant be going to the zoo or a ball game. Im not a tourist. Im a traveling working stiff.
