A Sneak Peek At ‘Revenge Of The Sith’

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Even after all these years, Darth Vader still has the power to stop people in their tracks.

That’s the word from Star Wars actor Anthony Daniels, who has played the fussy companion droid C- 3PO in all six installments of George Lucas’ sci- fi epic.

The final film, The Revenge of the Sith, opens in theaters May 19, and will show how troubled Jedi Anakin Skywalker becomes the monstrous villain Darth Vader.

Daniels promises audiences the tragedy that turns Anakin into Darth will be seen on screen and, in his words, “it’s really goosebump time – you realize why, when you see him later, he’s wearing this mask and has this terrible voice.”

He adds that even the actors on the set weren’t immune from the fear that Darth commands.

In Daniels’ words, “When Hayden Christensen arrived on the set as Darth Vader, everybody – no matter how old they were – they got goosebumps. The whole place just stopped.”
