ASPERMONT, Texas (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Completely changing your life for the better isn’t easy to do at home.That’s what Lance Morgan has found since getting the boot from The Biggest Loser: Couples this past Tuesday (Mar. 23).
Morgan lives in the small town of Aspermont, Texas, and the nearest gym is an hour away, making fitting in workouts is pretty tough.
So he and his family try to get fit at home, but that’s not always easy.
He explains, “There are so many distractions. There’s always a load of laundry or dishes that have to be done. I have to do it though.”
Morgan, his wife, and his children ride their bikes around their area and do weight training in the living room to burn calories.
Though he’s cut out the junk food from his diet, Morgan admits his daughter and Biggest Loser teammate Melissa sometimes “enable” each other to cheat and have a Ding- Dong.
The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays on NBC.
