It's Not You, It's `Survivor'

PHILADELPHIA (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Breaking up with Survivor is hard to do.

That’s how it felt for Stephenie LaGrossa, who was voted off Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains last Thursday (Feb. 18).

LaGrossa describes her final tribal council as a “devastating” experience that took her a long time to get over.

She explains, “I wanted to go out with some integrity and class, but when I walked off I immediately started crying. I couldn’t believe it was the end. It really is like getting broken up with.”

Getting over losing the game so early on was especially tough because she’s contractually obligated to keep quiet about everything that goes down.

However, LaGrossa had her fiance, Phillies pitcher Kyle Kendrick, to ease her through the pain and the World Series to keep her mind off getting dumped by Survivor.

She says, “You get back to daily life. It sucks, but you get over it.”

Survivor airs Thursdays on CBS.
