Life Is Fun After Losing

MABANK, Texas (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Being a loser can be fun.

Just ask Abby Rike, who voluntarily left The Biggest Loser this past Tuesday (Oct. 27), and doesn’t regret her decision to bow out.

Since losing 80 pounds thanks to hard work on the show and at home, Rike says, “Life is fun again. There’s so much more laughter and joy.”

The battle of the bulge started for Rike when her husband and two children tragically died in a car accident, which lead her to use food as a way to cope with the loss.

It’s been more than a physical change for Rike, who says she “feels so much better” and is loving the perks.

She adds, “I’ve put on a ton of muscle. I’m just so strong. I came on the show to be happy, but I’ve gotten to fly to New York and be on the cover of a magazine. It’s been surreal.”

The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays on NBC.
