Arye Sachs, a retired Israeli sergeant, made headlines last September when he scrawled Viva Viagra on a decommissioned missile that he hitched to his Ford pickup and drove to Pfizers headquarters.
After a lengthy court battle with Pfizer, it turns out the only law Sachs broke during his joyride was a civil charge trademark infringement for using the Viagra slogan.
America Onlines Senior News Correspondent Buck Wolf says Sachs is planning a similar demonstration today (Sep. 11) with an even bigger piece of military equipment that he plans to bring to Manhattan.
Wolf will be following Sachs all the way with a video camera and says, Im not quite sure how hell top the Viagra Missile, but he knows how to make a big point. He clearly doesnt like Pfizer.
