Weird News Central: Viagra Missile Decommissioned

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Apparently, driving a 20-foot U.S. Air Force missile through New York’s Midtown Tunnel won’t get you in that much trouble.

Arye Sachs, a retired Israeli sergeant, made headlines last September when he scrawled “Viva Viagra” on a decommissioned missile that he hitched to his Ford pickup and drove to Pfizer’s headquarters.

After a lengthy court battle with Pfizer, it turns out the only law Sachs broke during his joyride was a civil charge – trademark infringement for using the Viagra slogan.

America Online’s Senior News Correspondent Buck Wolf says Sachs is planning a similar demonstration today (Sep. 11) with an even bigger piece of military equipment that he plans to bring to Manhattan.

Wolf will be following Sachs all the way with a video camera and says, “I’m not quite sure how he’ll top the Viagra Missile, but he knows how to make a big point. He clearly doesn’t like Pfizer.”
