Size Isn’t Everything

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Tough things come in small packages.

Size isn’t everything, and Hollywood stuntmen Mike and Mark Munoz proved that while competing on The Amazing Race.

The diminutive brothers, who each stand at four-foot nine inches tall, were eliminated from the reality race this past Sunday (Apr. 19), and they used their small size to their advantage while playing the game.

Mike says, “At first, people saw we were older and of course our size. They didn’t realize that we were contenders. Then they saw our abilities and I think it was a surprise to some.”

Adds Mark, “We look a little unassuming. We weren’t a threat, until people started realizing we were a threat.”

Though the small fries had a bit of an advantage doing physical challenges since they’re professional stuntmen, they agree their shortness made tasks like rolling a 50-pound wheel of cheese up a hill daunting since they each only weigh about 110 pounds.

Amazing Race airs Sundays on CBS.
