Author Helps Nerds Come Out Of The Closet

OJAI, Calif. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One proud super nerd is helping geeks in hiding come out of the dork closet.

Once victim to countless wedgies and noogies, geeks are now the cool kids in school, and Garth Sundem, author of The Geeks’ Guide To World Domination: Be Afraid, Beautiful People (Three Rivers Press) is helping others join the nerd revolution.

He says, “We’ve been taking over from behind the scenes. It’s been going on for a while. Now we rule the world. Look at Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs. This is the information age, and geeks have all the info.”

Sundem’s book serves as a “primer kit for the non- nerd” and includes exactly 314.1516 usable secrets, like where to find a giant squid, mathematical formulas, and random trivia.

Sundem explains, “The book is a romp through the geek mind. Reading it is like coming out of the geek closet.”

The Geek’s Guide hits shelves this March.
