Employees Gripe About Bad Bosses’ Bizarre Behavior

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If you think your boss is weird, you’re not alone.

According to a survey by careerbuilder.com, 43 percent of workers report that they’ve quit a job due to a bad boss who was downright bizarre.

Stories of strange behavior in the workplace include bosses who hid in weird places in order to spy on employees, a boss who took a bite out of someone else’s doughnut while they were away from their desk, and a head honcho who rode a child’s scooter through the office.

According to the study, 47.5 percent of women will quit their jobs if they have a bad boss, compared to 39.1 percent of men. The workers most likely to walk are those in the 35-44 age range.

To get back at bad bosses, careerbuilder.com has just launched anonymoustipgiver.com, a website where employees can send acid- tongued messages to their bosses through four outlandish office characters that include an alligator holding a presentation pointer.
