Reality Show ‘Amazing’ For Broken Marriages

TAMPA, Fla. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Competing on a stressful, fast-paced reality show can mend a broken marriage.

They may have not won the million dollars on The Amazing Race this past Sunday (Dec. 7), but separated couple and runners-up Ken and Tina Greene won back each other’s hearts.

The Greenes say that the crazy race helped them fall in love all over again and see great things about each other.

Ken says, “It really made us look at our relationship. It was like marriage counseling on fire. It was great for us because we were dealing with hunger and emotions and being tired.”

Adds Tina, “Competing on the show showed me strengths in him. He packed up all his stuff and drove 43 hours after the race to be with me in Florida, so now I see he’s serious and committed.”

At the end of the race, Ken presented Tina with their wedding rings, and since then the couple hasn’t taken them off.
