Reality TV Is Better Than Marriage

HOUSTON (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The Amazing Race may be a hard, stressful game, but it’s better than marriage.

Recent divorcees Kelly Crabb and Christy Cook, who were eliminated from The Amazing Race this past Sunday (Nov. 9), had a crazy, turbulent trip around the world, but it beats home life with a rotten hubby.

The besties both went through breakups in 2007 and call their reality experience the best therapy for a broken heart.

Crabb says, “When I was married, I wasn’t happy. I knew I wanted to get out. No matter how hard Amazing Race got, I wanted to be there and I had a smile on my face.”

Cook adds, “We needed a fresh start, a release, and renewed excitement about life. The Amazing Race is a lot better than marriage. Even though we lost, I’d rather be on the show than married.”

Though they didn’t walk away with the big prize, the ladies see their reality experience as a stepping stone to new adventures in life.

Amazing Race airs Sundays on CBS.
