O.B.A.M.A. Stands For Bad Art

SEATTLE (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Bad art is an issue O.B.A.M.A. strongly supports.

The Official Bad Art Museum of Art in Seattle is a collection of more than 30 awful art works, with each painting picked for its poor quality and strangeness.

According to co-founder Marlow Harris, the museum’s politically linked moniker is no accident.

She says, “We’ve definitely got [Barack] Obama on the mind. It’s our way of giving Obama a little boost.”

Miller believes that the presidential candidate would be “stunned and speechless” with the art and “must be very flattered” that the museum is named after him.

O.B.A.M.A. has already commissioned a portrait of the Democrat to be done on velvet to add to the gallery.

She laughs, “We want to honor him. Whether he wins or loses, he’s a symbol for all of us.”

Though John McCain supporters may feel a little left out, Miller assures, “Anyone who supports McCain doesn’t like bad art anyway.”
