‘Green’ Clothing Is Safer For Babies

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – A new line of eco-friendly baby clothing isn’t just stylish for your tot, it’s healthy.

Acclaimed jazz musician Marilyn Scott has just come out with Starting Green, an organic clothing line designed for babies up to 12 months old.

The green clothing is made out of organic cotton and fibers, and even features buttons made out of materials like coconut.

Scott says the clothes are a good way to get Baby caring about the environment at a young age, and says they’re the safest threads little ones could ever wear.

During a baby’s first year of life, Scott says their skin is extremely sensitive to chemicals.

She explains, “Their pores are open and anything they come into contact with can get right into their skin. If they ingest too many chemicals from regular clothing it can lead to allergies and asthma. It’s important to put the purest fabrics on them.”

She assures that her organic duds hold up well against baby blunders like spit-up, vomit, and pee-pee.
