Dr. Kathleen Hall, founder of The Stress Institute in Atlanta, a center where people can sort out their stressful lives, says cleaning out the cobwebs from the home and body can help people live a more fulfilling life.
According to Dr. Hall, lethargy, Seasonal Affective Disorder, and tragic disasters like floods and earthquakes have left many people without energy and full of stress.
To combat this, Dr. Hall recommends focusing on S.P.R.I.N.G: Serenity, Pausing to reflect on life, Rituals that make you happy, Intention in which you re-asses your purpose, Nature, and Giving to others.
She says, Just like you clean out your closet of things you dont wear anymore, you need to clean out your life of things that dont make you happy.
