Voice coach Renee Grant-Williams says yelling for your team, combined with voice-drying Super Bowl standards like beer, soda, pizza, and buffalo wings will tackle your throat and leave your voice sacked.
Grant-Williams says, Unfortunately, everything about the Super Bowl, as far as consumption, invites damage to your voice and spells trouble!
To keep your pigskin pipes intact, Grant-Williams advises football fanatics to spike their game-time gorging with healthy snacks and water, and to make sure that when you scream for your team, you yell with your core muscles to take the stress off your throat.
And while booze is the main voice villain, Grant-Williams doesnt think you should completely ditch the drinks.
She says, Two or three drinks may not cause a problem, but 12 drinks will. But if youve had that many, that may be the least of your problems!
