Since 1986, Burning Man draws more than 300,000 people to the extreme heat of Black Rock City, Nevada, for a week long, anything-goes, outdoor celebration in the desert.
And while attendees pride themselves on their self-reliance and individuality, theres still one dress code that cant be stripped away.
Spokesperson Andie Grace says, Normal street clothes are rarely seen in Black Rock, and if youre seen wearing a T- shirt with a logo, theyll ask you to take it off. Youre much better off in a red sequined cocktail dress, whether youre man or woman.
Burning Man parties hardy August 27 through September 3.
