According to a survey by Arbys Restaurant Group, 60 percent of office workers spend their lunch breaks at their desks, looking for distractions while they wolf down their meals.
So, Arbys is teaming up with NBC to entertain workers during lunch time by launching a website called thelunchbreakshow.com, where 30-minute collections of bits from comedy shows like The Office, Saturday Night Live, and 30 Rock can be seen from noon until 2 p.m..
Once logged on to the site, no additional touching of the keyboard is required, which is good, since 21 percent of office workers admit to damaging their keyboards while eating at their desks.
Additionally, Arbys site includes a panic button that quickly hides the screen in case the boss walks in on your mid- meal entertainment.
