Farrah Fawcett Fights Cancer

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Farrah Fawcett was diagnosed and treated for cancer late last year, but now insiders say her illness has returned.

According to The National Enquirer, doctors believed they had beaten Fawcett’s cancer but recently found a small, malignant polyp in her body.

Sources close to the Charlie’s Angels star say the surgeons opted not to remove the polyp for fear that it might increase the risk of spreading cancerous cells.

Now, insiders say the doctors plan to place a small metallic seed in the cancerous area, designed to emit radiation and hopefully destroy the harmful polyp.

Fawcett has already endured harsh treatments for her previous bout with cancer, and there’s no word yet on how she’s dealing with her new diagnosis.
