‘Wicked Wicked Games’ Star Chokes On Success

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – When you’re an actor, success can grab you by the throat, but often it’s just another actor.

That’s the word from Clive Robertson, who stars opposite Tatum O’Neal on the nighttime soap, Wicked Wicked Games.

The role requires Robertson to perform many of his own stunts and he particularly relished some scenes where he had to choke O’Neal, who plays an ex-lover out for revenge.

As he puts it, “You have to know how to do it right.”

Robertson, who is best known for his role on the daytime drama Sunset Beach, says he chose the role so he could work with O’Neal.

In his words, “I really wanted to work with her. I grew up knowing her name. She’s quite iconic.”

Although her character is evil – and crazy – Robertson says she’s “a very sweet girl” off camera but admits “we were all under the pressure to get the work done. We filmed 65 hours in three months. It’s like a really long movie.”

Wicked Wicked Games airs six nights a week on MyNetworkTV.
