A White Christmas Gift Means Bad Feng Shui

Richmond, VA (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – You may be dreaming of a white Christmas, but you should definitely avoid wrapping gifts in white wrapping paper.

That’s the word from Robin Bentley, who calls herself the “Feng Shui Diva.”

She says followers of the ancient Chinese art believe holiday gifts wrapped in white signify death and could bring “bad energy” to both the bearer and receiver.

Says Bentley: “Instead of white wrapping, you should wrap your gifts in red and gold wrapping, which are very powerful and positive colors that will bring forth good energy.”

Bentley also says people should avoid giving gifts like watches and laptops to loved ones.

She says, “Watches symbolize time running out and by giving them, you are telling the recipient they have less time to live. Also, laptops symbolize work rather than leisure and show that you don’t care about the recipient’s relaxation time.”

However, Bentley says cell phones are good feng shui gift choices because they signify that you want to keep in touch with someone.
