Childhood Dream Finally Comes True For Jason Ritter

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Jason Ritter has finally seen his childhood dream become a reality – and it’s not being on a hit show.

The star of the CBS series The Class, admits he finally achieved his childhood dream of beating the video game The Legend of Zelda – at the ripe old age of 26.

Says Ritter: “Twice growing up, someone erased my Zelda game and I was like on the last level, so it’s very satisfying.”

He admits he’s into “games reserved for true gaming dorks” and has spent more than 10 hours at a time trying to beat games like Grand Theft Auto.

As he puts it, “If you only knew how many times I’ve accidentally watched the sun rise [because of video games] – it’s really sad.”

The Class airs Monday nights on CBS.
