Telemarketing Top Pet Peeve Of Americans

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Americans rarely agree on anything they like, but a new survey suggests there is consensus on the things they hate.

According to a survey by PetPeeves, a line of stuffed animals dedicated to bad habits, 86 percent of those surveyed say telemarketing calls are their biggest pet peeve.

Meanwhile, 82 percent are annoyed by rude people, the same percentage that hate tailgaters.

  • 81 percent are bugged by poor customer service.

  • 59 percent get ticked off by people who are perpetually late.

  • 58 percent are angry when they’re ignored.

  • 56 percent say cell phone abusers really get their goat.

    Finally, 39 percent say they really get in a snit over messy people.
