VH1 Looking For Rock Confessions This Week

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The VH1 cable network has a confession to make: It’s looking for some rock fans to confess about what they’ve done for the music.

The network is asking fans to bare their souls online about what they’ve done for rock, whether its deface their team jacket with a Judas Priest patch or saved up their lunch money to buy concert tickets.

VH1 executive Nigel Cox-Hagen says rock lovers can confess by logging on to www.rock.VH1.com.

In addition, the network is sending out mobile confession booth to various rock clubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas this weekend.

Cox-Hagen and his crew are also collecting rock confessions from various celebrities and the most passionate will be aired on VH1 Rock Honors on May 31.

He hopes the confessions inspire lapsed rock fans to reclaim their faith. As he puts it, “We hope rock fans ask themselves not what rock can do for them but what they can do for rock.”
