Got Any Pictures Of Laser Beams And Hurricanes?

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Hurricanes Katrina and Rita didn’t leave behind a pretty picture but a Los Angeles filmmaker is still hoping you have footage of the storms – if it has laser beams in it.

It’s not as spacey as it sounds. During hurricanes, NASA’s space shuttle mission “SPARCLE” uses lasers to calculate hurricane speeds and check water depth.

Richard Heene, who runs TheScienceDetective.Com, is working on a documentary about hurricanes and tornados and thinks laser- storm footage would be a good addition to the film.

Heene will be analyzing all footage and hopes to find answers to the various conspiracy theories that have sprouted since the storms, including the idea that the laser beams are controlled by extraterrestrials and the one that the government is guiding storms directly into U.S. oil regions in order to increase prices.
