‘Biggest Loser’ Inspires Exhibitionism

ORLANDO, Fla. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Competing on The Biggest Loser not only helps fatties shed weight, it helps them shed their clothes.

When he was accepted into the weight-loss ranch, James Crutchfield didn’t realize it would cost him the shirt off his back.

Crutchfield, who was eliminated this past Tuesday (Jan. 5), had to do a live weigh-in before a crowd of his friends, family, and strangers in the middle of downtown Orlando, Florida, shirtless.

He says, “I was extremely nervous. I haven’t taken off my shirt in public since I was a child at the beach. I mean, my mayor was there!”

Going topless, as it turns out, is very “liberating,” and now he isn’t afraid of stripping in public.

He adds, “It was a real confidence booster.”

Though he exited the ranch first, Crutchfield is on his way to a healthier body, having already dropped 75 pounds.

The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays on NBC.
