The Type n Walk iPhone application allows users to text freely while strutting down the street by projecting a live feed of the road in front of them from their camera phone.
Users text over the projected feed, allowing them to message and see where theyre going.
Creator Ben Poon says now people wont trip over a rock or bump into other pedestrians as they type.
The app, however, shouldnt be taken advantage of.
Poon insists that users not do stupid stuff, like mount their iPhones on their dashboards so they can drive and text at the same time.
He advises everyone to be responsible users and not walk into a knife fight or use it during sex.
Poon says, People are walking and texting anyway, so why not make it safer for them? However, we dont encourage stupidity.
