Gorilla Suit Still Top Prank

MINNEAPOLIS (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Dressing up in a gorilla suit never gets old.

Just ask Rob Knight, co-founder of, a company that sells high-quality gorilla suits, from your standard hairy ape to a “Gorilla Ballerina” get-up.

Knight started the company after watching a remake of King Kong because, well, “It just seemed like a good idea.”

Turns out the gorilla suit market is still hot after all these years, and people constantly order ape suits, mainly to prank their friends.

Knight once sold a gorilla suit to a police officer who used it to scare his co-workers.

Many of the gorilla suit pranks can be seen on YouTube.

Knight says their most popular ape costume is their deluxe one, which includes a mask and “realistic chest piece.”

He’s confident that his company sets the bar for the gorilla suit industry, as their gear is even used in movies and photo shoots.
