Thats what Stephanie Romanski contemplates on Doodurls.com, where people submit doodles they sketch while bored at work or school.
Though most entries are simple squiggles, lines, and funny stick figures, some artsy types send in drawings that leave Romanski questioning a persons sanity.
She says, Weve wondered what the doodles say about a person. Theyre very personal. Itd be interesting if a university studied them.
Though a doodle of a man with sharp knives may indicate someone is clinically insane, Romanski argues they may just have a headache.
She assures she wont turn down freaky doodles so long as they arent so artistic that they look like beautiful pieces that can be framed because then they arent quite doodles so much as drawings.
