People Photograph People Photographing People

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – If a picture is worth a thousand words, how much is a picture of someone taking a picture worth?

Newmindspace, an organization that puts together fun, wacky events, is getting cameras snapping with “Photograph,” a get-together where people take pictures of each other taking pictures.

The photo session takes place tomorrow (Sep. 19) at New York’s South Street Seaport, and co-creator Kevin Bracken says, “We love the art of photography. It captures beautiful moments in time, and often the camera captures more than we experienced at our own events.”

Since photographers are usually snapping away at quirky Newmindspace events anyway, Bracken decided to “skip the foreplay and go straight to the photos,” and get people to photograph people photographing people.

Bracken says the photo session is perfect for costumers and exhibitionists, and the real winner will be the one who makes it into every picture.
