Zombies Can’t Do Jazz Hands

SAN FRANCISCO (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Zombies may be pros at eating brains, but they can’t box step like Tommy Tune.

Despite this, Anthony Miller is staging an undead extravaganza at San Francisco’s Stagewerx Theater of his play, Zombie!: A New Musical, now through Saturday (Sep. 5) and again in October.

The heavy metal-driven musical promises plenty of “muscle” and “legitimately scary dancing” since a zombie doing jazz hands just isn’t realistic.

Miller explains, “There’s no jazz hands, ‘Thriller’ style dancing, or moving to a beat at all really. It’s all very disjointed.”

If zombies did take a stab at Broadway, Miller imagines there’d be a lot of bloodshed since the walking dead would try to eat the cast, crew, and audience and would have to be locked up in a cage.

They’d also be terrible singers and have trouble memorizing their lines – that is unless all their lines consisted of the word “braaaiiinnsss.”
