Dancer Teaches Corporate Suits To Boogie

MIAMI (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – One dancer has really shaken up the corporate banking world.

Janette Manrara, a dancer who was eliminated from So You Think You Can Dance last Thursday (Jul. 23), worked at a bank for seven years before pursuing a dancing career.

Though she was a senior loan processor for a big company, Manrara couldn’t sit still in her corporate cubicle.

She’d play music all day at the office and dance in her chair while helping patrons get businesses or homes.

Manrara says her co-workers would constantly laugh at her in- office dancing and beg her to teach them moves at company parties.

She’d entertain them, though busting a move in a business suit was extremely difficult.

Manrara has left the corporate world to dance and is happy with her career change, since the stage is much more glamorous than filling out other people’s paperwork.

SYTYCD airs Wednesdays and Thursdays on FOX.
