The first ever SuperHero Street Fair will bring average Joes to San Francisco on Saturday (Jul. 25) to celebrate the extraordinary things they can do.
Attendees are asked to show up in an original superhero costume that expresses what their powers are and perform a demonstration of their amazing skills.
Spokesperson Joegh Bullock is adamant that he doesnt want to see people dressed as Batman. Instead, he wants to see real life heroes like Accountant Man, DJ man, or Chef Man demonstrate their powers for everyone, whether it be dancing, kissing, recycling, or somersaulting.
Bullock says a persons everyday abilities are the powers that can improve the world, and should be celebrated since everyone has a hero within themselves.
He adds, We want to bring the super hero back down to Earth. Make people realize they dont have to wear tights. Accountant Man can wear a costume made of graph paper.
