Hispanic Workers Are Real Superheroes

MEXICO CITY (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Latino workers in the United States are true superheroes, and one photographer has the evidence.

In a new photographic series titled Superheroes, photographer Dulce Pinzon dressed hispanic workers in New York in superhero costumes and captured them at their jobs.

Among the pictures are a window washer in a Spiderman suit, Aquaman cleaning fish at a market and a nanny in a Catwoman costume.

Pinzon says she wants to pay tribute to the hard working latinos that contribute not only to the American economy, but also to the economies of their own countries since many still support family members who live there.

Pinzon says all her subjects were happy to hop into superhero mode and only sustained a small amount of ridicule from co- workers on the job.
