Bigfoot hoaxers in Georgia sent the world in a tizzy this past August when they revealed that theyd caught the elusive Sasquatch, only to produce a seven-foot, seven-inch monkey suit in a freezer.
Now, with legal woes due to their false claim, the tricksters are selling the suit that brought them infamy on eBay.
Joshua P. Warren, president of the Hoax Research Center, which will get some of the cash from the sale, says the suit is the ultimate Halloween costume.
He says, Its special because it made it onto all those news shows and even interrupted the presidential coverage. So many people want to see it, theres no telling the money youd make.
Warren even thinks the fake fur might lure the real thing to come out of hiding.
He explains, If you put in your front yard, it might attract the real Bigfoot, especially if it still smells like cow and pig.
