‘Survivor’ Cast-Off Has Secret Soap Opera Dream

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The experience of Survivor is giving the latest cast-off some dramatic dreams.

After suffering a serious injury to his finger, James Clement was sent home from Survivor: Micronesia – Fans vs. Favorites last Thursday (May 1), but the Survivor: China alum has a secret dream that has nothing to do with grueling, gritty life on the island.

Clement admits the thing he missed the most while marooned in Micronesia wasn’t food or shelter, but his favorite soap- opera, The Young and the Restless.

Clement says, “It’s why I moved to Los Angeles! I want to be an extra on the soap, just walking around in the background. I don’t even want to say anything!”

Until Clement gets his big soap opera gig, he’ll continue his less-than-dramatic job as a gravedigger, which, for now, is just fine.

He says, “It suits me. The people I work with don’t talk back.”

Survivor: Micronesia airs Thursdays on CBS.
