Hip-Hop Tours Let You Learn From Icons

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – Hip-hop big wigs are the best teachers in rap history.

New York-based tour company Hush Tours is helping rap lovers remember the good ol’ days of hip-hop with guided bus and walking tours through Harlem, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens, led by rap legends like Kurtis Blow and Grandmaster Flash.

Participants are guided through areas significant in the history of rap music, like the “5 Pointz graffiti hall of fame,” and legendary recording studios.

Guests are also taught breakdancing moves by the best b-boys in New York, and have the chance to spit rhymes and spin records with their rap icon tour guides.

Company founder Debra Harris says, “It’s amazing for some people to go on our tours and get to meet the artists that were a big part of their lives. It’s like the equivalent of a huge rock n’ roll fan getting to meet Elvis Presley.
