Passover (Apr. 19-27) Is Plagued

RIVERDALE, N.Y. (Wireless Flash - FlashNews) – The Seder ceremony at Passover (Apr. 19-27) is plagued!

Simon Jaffe is the man behind the Plagues Bag, a kit full of toys representing each of the 10 plagues mentioned in the Bible.

The plague package includes a fluffy dead cow to represent Cattle Disease, bubble wrap to simulate Boils, Styrofoam balls to mimic Hail, and even a vial of red food coloring representing Blood.

And while they’re historically a problem, Jaffe’s plagues make Passover a party.

He says, “Nothing could have more ill-prepared me for my connection with Judaism than Hebrew school. The Plagues Bag enhances the Seder celebration and makes it something kids look forward to.”

And don’t be afraid to spread the plague around your own family.

Jaffe says, “Kids love the opportunity to throw lice and hail at each other.”
